From Operations to Salesforce —
a career built on curiosity

I started my career in Operations, where I developed a deep love for process, structure, strategizing and execution. But I wanted more — I wanted to solve problems, not just follow procedures. When a career coach introduced me to Salesforce, it was a perfect fit to my persona, and I loved the structure it offered while still allowing me to exercise my creativity in problem solving and troubleshooting.

Within 3 months I had my first Admin certification. That decision changed my life. Over the next 12 years — including eight at Workday — I grew from a case handler into a Senior Business Systems Analyst, owning programs that touched every corner of the organization. From being an everyday BSA, I became the subject matter expert within my group for SFDC Security/Access, Enterprise Territory Management/Sharing Models, New Offering Launches, SOX Compliance, and other Workday specific programs.
